A beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Nunez, a beautiful little neighborhood fully of life, cafes and greenery. I loved my stay and I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the city.

Very comfy and spacious apartment in a calm and nice neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The apartment itself is very homey and charming, with balconies on either side that lets lots of natural light in. Fully stocked kitchen and washing machine were key for a long stay. Many great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and a Subte stop nearby that will gets you downtown to the obelisk in ~45 minutes. WiFi was fast and had no issues the entire month I stayed there. Was a great experience!

The experience was very positive. We were very well received by Florence. Very nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, with all the necessary appliances and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful area. We highly recommend it.

We lived in the apartment for 4 months. Our stay was very good! We didn't have any issues related to the apartment during our stay. The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, very bright, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quite and nice, with easy access to public transportation and various shops and restaurants. María and Rodolfo are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions during check-in. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, helped us with every question we had. We were unlucky that in the neighboring apartment and on the street there was a renovation, so on some days during the day it was noisy. Also in the evenings the neighbors were constantly moving furniture. As we usually go to bed early - this bothered us. We would highly recommend María and Rodolfo's place to anyone visiting Buenos Aires and would definitely stay here again ourselves

The host was very kind from the beginning, she helped us with vacationing in the area and was always attentive to each of the questions we had.😁 A friendly treatment and complete willingness to our unknowns regarding the place.

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking without problems, heating throughout the house and a TV in each room. The apartment is super spacious. The wifi was perfect, ideal for working. The area is super quiet, very neighborhood. It's about 13 blocks from subway B and very close to Av. Congreso.

As the publication says, spacious and bright. A very good area, safe, nice and quiet. Good balcony on Av. del Libertador. Two comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms.

Ariela and Francisco always responded quickly to our inquiries and were willing to help us with whatever we needed. In addition to the apartment being spotless, they left us complimentary coffee for the days of our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment has great natural light throughout the day. We'll choose them again :)

The truth is that it is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, easy to get around with public transport, Jorge the truth that always very predisposed. When we arrived, I explain everything to us. The room and the place is very nice.

Can't find even small negative things about this place and the host. The place is located in quiet Nunez area of BA with a lot of options for public transportation. The area felt extremely safe and we walked even at late hours without feeling unsafe. There are many restaurants, cafes and stores in the area. The place itself is on a smaller side, but felt like home and even with 2 people living we never felt like on top of each other. There is a really nice and practical balcony that can be used as outside living space for the most part of a day. The host was simply exceptional with all issues resolved immediately. I would definitely come back here next time we are visiting Buenos Aires. Huge thanks, Alejandro and Paola!

Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Belgrano. Walking distance to the subway, bustops, and intracity trains. Amazing restaurants to try around the block including middle eastern, peruvian, argentinian, brazilian, and italian cuisines. Easy to find and very secure. Pool is amazing during summer months and the grocery store accross the street is very helpful for anything one may need. Would recommend.

Without a doubt, this Airbnb goes to my priority list for the future, it has everything, a good kitchen, a good balcony, the two air conditioners work well, the bathroom is very good, the space is comfortable for two, the gym, 24/7 security, the area and best of all, communication with Angelina and Beto.

Fabri and Stefano were super attentive from before we booked. They answered all our questions and were super flexible with what we needed. They got us a crib that worked out great. The apartment is in one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, super safe and full of restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies… whatever you need! In addition, the apartment has everything you need to make your stay a great experience. We definitely recommend it!
