This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cristina’s apartment was perfect! Great location for the beach and the apartment pool was very nice also. The apartment is well equipped and clean and has everything you need. Cristina and her family are super nice people and it was a pleasure to meet them. We will be glad to return next year for a longer stay!

The apartment is clean, well equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. Towels, blankets, changeable bed linen - everything is provided to the smallest detail and in abundance! The decor is of high quality and everything is tastefully decorated. We practically did not use the air conditioner, because when you open the windows, a fresh sea breeze blows throughout the apartment. The terrace of the apartment is huge, equipped with beautiful and comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of time on the terrace! And this sea view! This is a separate delight! I also want to add about the beautiful well-groomed and beautiful territory of the complex. Four swimming pools, a perfect green lawn, umbrellas, and the complex's own enclosed area, as well as private parking. The sea is just beyond the complex. The beach is sandy, the coastline is wide, the sea is pleasant! You can go on and on about the advantages of this wonderful apartment. Believe me, you'll love it!
