Vivienda con vistas frontales al mar, WIFI 600 mb, terraza, 2 dorm, 2 baños, en urbanización en primera línea real de playa, zonas comunes muy amplias con gran pradera de césped y cuatro maravillosas piscinas. Salida directa a la playa y al paseo marítimo con total ausencia de coches. Ideal para familias con niños en julio y agosto, resto del año muy tranquilo para pasar largas temporadas en la región con más horas de sol de Europa. A 30 kms de Cabo de gata, ideal para hacer excursiones de día.

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Charming relaxing Naturist apt Torremar Vera Playa

Very close to the beach + heated pool. We renovated the apartment to meet the WELL-BEING desires of guests accustomed to choosing the best option in a NATURIST environment. The apartment has everything new (except the refrigerator), 1 terrace to enjoy sunsets due to its Southeast orientation, and 1 parking space.Torremar is preferred for its 1 heated pool and 2 outdoor pools, beautiful gardens, proximity to the beach, and freedom and respect for neighbors. Respect for NATURISM is mandatory.
