We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. The house was clean, tidy and with everything necessary. The treatment from Paola as the man who gave us the keys was good. The development is great, with green areas and several pools. Close to the beach.

Apartment in a good quiet place good pool all good

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Quiet apartment, perfect area for relaxation and with the beach relatively close. Pilar is a sweetheart and made everything very easy for us.

We stayed during very hot and windy days. We enjoyed the super modern fans without even turning on the air conditioning, which is still efficient and proportionate to the size of the apartment. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and the smart TV. Comfortable beds. We ate on the balcony at sunset. Very nice. And finally we enjoyed the pool when the sea was rough. Finally, we went to Monsul in just over an hour. Very special place, it was worth it. We were really happy!

I stayed 5 weeks in May in Salvador's apartment and it corresponds in every way to what I was looking for to enjoy the setting and work at the same time. A real slice of heaven to come and enjoy on vacation or on weekends, and also ideal for digital nomads. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos, beautiful swimming pool in the residence, beaches and bars/restaurants within walking distance in 5 mins, secure parking in the basement, elevator, quiet in this period. Go with your eyes closed! I will be happy to go back, a real favorite for the place and the region.

David’s apartment was brilliant, even better than the photos! Everything you need to feel right at home. Close to restaurants and right on the beach! David and his brother Steve could not be better hosts, they really want to make your stay perfect and have lots of recommendations for the area. They really went above and beyond for us, the best hosts we’ve ever had for a stay. Cannot recommend this apartment enough, would happily come back and stay for longer. Thanks again for our fantastic week here!!

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

From the first moment I made the reservation, Mar was very attentive to our arrival. She showed us the apartment, told us how everything worked. Any questions about it were answered promptly. We'd like to highlight the accommodation, facing the sea, very quiet, where we enjoyed the terrace both at sunrise and sunset, after a day at the beach and walks. Recommended

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

Great place, confortable and spacious, great balcony. Hosts are great and the location is perfect! Amazing to have long evening dinners looking at the sea on the amazing balcony. Great amenities near by: butcher, fish store, pharmacy and a pharmacy basically next door! Mojacar is beautiful.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!
