Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

Jan was amazing host and she offered early check in as well. The house is a bit far from city but the stay is really good with all the comfort you can imagine. Stocked up kitchen as well. Will surely recommend friends for this stay.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Amazing views from the house and the verandah overlooking the water towards Phillip Island. Secluded setting down the end of a one way road and long drive way, no neighbours that you can see from the house. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed for our 2 night stay for our group of 8. Excellent communication from Sharon. Would definitely stay here again.

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed.
