Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Scott’s home was the cosiest, most peaceful & relaxing place I’ve stayed in years. The mattresses were so comfortable, everything was beautifully cleaned, the hot tub & fireplace especially made it worth every cent and watching the stars from the rooftop was so special. The open plan of upstairs was the perfect space for us all to connect and spend quality time without being on top of each other & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Scott’s detailed instructions added to the experience so much, he was so helpful and thoughtful with how he has set up the home for maximum comfort and enjoyment. The area is so beautiful, an easy walk to the beach, and we sat and watched all the local wildlife from the balcony for hours. Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Seahaven Escape! The house was cozy, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a perfect beachside getaway. The outdoor area, sea views, and all the fun extras like bikes and games made it even better. Karen was a lovely and thoughtful host—very responsive and welcoming. This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.
