Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Vashon Island

This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

Had minor issue with the A/C. Host was there in <10 minutes and it was sussed in another 5. This has been our go to Seattle property for years. Don't pass it up if it's available!

Our stay at the Ostrich nest was great! Right on the water, with plenty of amenities and a fantastic outdoor space to take advantage of. We kayaked around the island in about 95 leisurely minutes using the provided kayaks and paddles. A/C was available but not needed - yet good to know it was there. The kitchen had everything you'd expect from a short term rental as well. All in all, it was a good weekend.

Our first time staying in Kirkland during our visit to Seattle. It was great. It was quieter, easier to park, really quaint downtown with lots of eating options, and yet our drives all around Seattle weren’t that long. Laura’s house was great, just like the pics. Clean, easy to park, quiet, and the deck area is super nice. Cassita was nice and private. And Laura was an excellent host - proactive and always available for questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a lovely stay here over the Easter weekend – it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is clean, beautifully kept, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those rare places that feels even better in person than in the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need – and then some. The hosts were simply wonderful – super friendly, accommodating, and just really easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal, not distant or transactional in any way. They even let us check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference for us with kids. Our days were filled with beach walks, seafood harvesting adventures, backyard chill time, and gorgeous sunsets. It felt like a perfect little reset from our busy lives. We were also celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday during the stay, and she had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Dale & Carol.

A Bird’s Nest was the perfect little getaway for my partner and me. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy. We loved relaxing in the peaceful backyard, and the town nearby had plenty of great spots for food and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was close to the water with wonderful views, and it was convenient to be able to take the kayaks straight down from the house for some afternoon paddling. We saw so much wildlife while out on the water, including bald eagles, hawks, egrets, crabs, and starfish. Gail was a responsive host, helped us out with flexible check in and check out times, and even mailed us a set of earbuds that one of our group forgot at the cabin. Thanks for a great stay, Gail!

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

Another great trip to Harstene Point , we have stayed in this place numerous times and it was exceptionally nice weather and we love the house, thanks so much to Melinda and James, Fred and Vicky, Nehalem, Oregon

Check in was seamless and we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in town. The place was very cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will return to Tonia’s next time we are in Bainbridge!

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

We've had a great time in Tari's cottage. It was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and the fireplace was a great bonus. We also loved walking the neighborhood and trails. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Our stay here was great! We ventured to Olympic National Park and explored all over the Kitsap Peninsula! We loved returning home to this little cabin each night! The outdoor space was fantastic and the extra amenities were awesome! Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again!

We are a family of four who spent eight fantastic nights at this property, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as described, and the location near SeaTac Airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning and late-night flights. It was also easy to explore both Seattle and Bellevue from here. The apartment complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with several pools. Cole and Ella provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and the Wi-Fi connection was flawless. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect for a first-time visit to Seattle! We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our first trip to Seattle. The location was incredible—truly walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants, and sights. We hardly needed our car at all (walked 80% of the time), but it was such a relief to have secured off-street parking (garage) available when we did need it. We also travel with our dog, and this place was perfect for that! There was a nice, pet-friendly setup with easy access to outdoor space, which made things super convenient for quick walks and exercise. The amenities were great. The rental includes use of the pool, dry sauna, workout room and rooftop viewing deck —everything was clean, well-maintained, and a nice bonus after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seattle, especially if you want walkability, parking peace of mind, and a pet-friendly environment. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. Spacious place. Everything you need is there. Perfect shower. Comfortable bed. Close to the airport (10 min) but because of the windows you won’t e hearing planes at all. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit to Seattle. Highly recommended.

Had an incredible time at Paul and Barbara’s place. The rooms were comfortable, property had well stocked kitchenette, there were snacks upon arrival, plenty of proactive communication, such a quiet and serene location. Really appreciated the little touches such as a charging station with all the plugs and extra toothbrushes in the bathrooms. Great location, just 10 minutes to town. Felt right at home.

I visited the cottage to escape the city for a few days. This place is absolutely adorable— completely drenched in natural sunlight. It manages to maintain its historical charm while also feeling modern. I did some remote work during the visit & the WiFi worked perfectly— I could even get signal sitting outside. It was a little too chilly to take advantage of the water, but even just sitting outside on the floating dock or the balcony provided a lot of peace. This place is the perfect mixture of providing a secluded feel while still being just a short drive to grocery/ restaurants. I truly loved my stay here & am already trying to figure out when I might be back!

Shiyi was an incredible host and she made myself and my family feel so welcome. Her Airbnb has the most magic valley ocean view. My kids really enjoyed the local deer and bunnies! Shiyi was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to help us. Thank you for all your support Shiyi!

Lea & Karl's home is truly MAGICAL. It felt like a privilege to stay here. Every space (outdoors and in) is infused with thoughtful & creative intention. The property is a peaceful & serene sanctuary, idyllic, bucolic, & gorgeous beyond words. I had no idea we would love the sauna & outdoor shower as much as we did. This was the PERFECT place to spend a week bonding with my mom. We spent many afternoons lounging in the comfy patio furniture, soaking in the sun, & feeling the gentle breeze while listening to the birds sing in the lush, beautiful garden. This place inspired us to make art, read more, be curious, smell the flowers, gaze @ the clouds, & enjoy meals outdoors. The beds- heavenly. The towels- soft and fluffy. Everything we needed was there. *Stay longer if you can* because the time here is precious & you will not want to leave. We are sincerely grateful for what this stay provided us in terms of connection, inspiration, & rejuvenation. Communication was a breeze, THANK YOU!!!

Jacob's place is really special! The view and outdoor seating area would make this spot worth it, but the house is also really well taken care of, cozy, and enjoyable to spend time in. We loved our time here and felt it was a great home base for exploring the area or relaxing on the water.
