Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with a sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

Dreamtorp with your own jetty

This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

Vargskär is located on the eastern side of Gräsö and from here you will directly reach the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is lakefront located with beautiful views over the distance. The bathing jetty and boat are just over 300 metres away. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. Newly-built guest house (2020) of approx. 30 sqm in central Öregrund, with sea views. Only 70 meters to swimming. Loft with double bed and sofa bed for two beds. Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming town on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are lots of restaurants and cafer. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door.
