We offer a completely separate unit that is attached but private from the main home.

Our self-contained, one room studio apartment is on a street surrounded by horse fields, the river and the showground. Only 600m to the centre of town . Our private, ground floor room is spacious, open and airy with a king size bed OR 2 single beds + 2 extra single beds, kitchenette, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart tv and open living space overlooking the garden. The studio has a well appointed kitchen with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil. We do not provide breakfast.

Everyone loves staying at our comfortable and stylish house, Januce, on the river. Januce is the perfect place to holiday or work from home. Private, with a huge deck looking over the river, comfortable, fast broadband, Netflix, leather couches, comfy beds, air-con, books, games, barb q, full kitchen. Januce is about relaxing. We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Such a divine home that we feel so grateful to have experienced. Truly a home away from home, with a bed & couch of your dreams! The cutest decor, curated so thoughtfully in every crack & corner of the home. The perfect winter getaway nestled in the bellingen forest… what a special place! Tip: We recommend getting your bits & pieces in town before heading out there as back & forthing to and fro from town can feel a little tiresome if you’ve travelled a few hours to get there! The essence of off grid - we love it❤️Thankyou so much!

Such a special little place! We felt so relaxed and spent so much time outside with the fire and hot tub! Lovely Olaf and the cats were very welcoming and made the stay even more enjoyable. With being remote my partner was able to get some incredible photographs of the stars without any light pollution. Thank you!
