Explore Valencia from a Central Apartment

My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! I was really glad to stay in this room! Space was really nice and clean. Big bathroom with everything you need, and the room with a/c, TV, and window. Meibol also very kind and gave me explanations of everything. The location is good too, close to the metro station (which goes directly to the airport), and walkable. Leider fehlte uns zur vorhandenen Waschmaschine eine Wäscheständer. Ein Highlight ist auch der Pool, schön groß und tief.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the apartment was bigger than it looked on photos. Great location a short walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The property had a rooftop pool with great views of the castle.

This was the best stay on airbandb it ticked all the boxes for me the apartment was beautiful near all amenities and i relly enjoyed the swimming pool the apartment was very clean and spacous all you need for a holiday in Alacante

A wooden walkway leads to a sandy beach, framed by white wooden structures. Sun loungers and umbrellas dot the beach, with turquoise waters visible beyond. Palm trees provide shade, while people enjoy the sunny day, creating a vibrant beach atmosphere.

tout s'est bien passé, logement suffisant pour un coupe avec 2 enfants. A proximité de la plage sans juan et du super marché.
