Loft vacation rentals in Valencian Community

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Pucol. The space was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area!

The stay at Raquel's loft was really delightful. Wonderful such a large open space with a nice balcony. Very complete and pleasant. Raquel was a great host, flexible with check-in and quick to communicate with. Had given great tips like a concert that was held in Eslida. We mainly walked, Eslida is in the middle of a nature reserve, you can walk into it in no time. Or by car to another beautiful place. Onda, Ain also beautiful for walking. But Eslida itself is also very beautiful, with its labyrinth of streets. Recommended if you like peace and walking!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

A really wonderful apartment in Alicante. Very nicely located, very quiet, although you have the street in front of the house. In the apartment itself, you can only hear the sound of the sea. The beds are super comfortable, slept so well. We would definitely come back again! Thank you for the beautiful days in Alicante!

It was a great experience to live here. Ten minutes walk from Gulliver Park or the City of Arts and Science, you can walk to downtown in about half an hour, and if you want to have a good citywalk in Valencia, this is guaranteed. The room was very clean and tidy, in addition to the spotless bed and floor, Alexandra prepared multiple towels to ensure I could take a good shower every day during my stay. The patio can be said to be a small patio, very private and peaceful, and it was nice to dry clothes or just sit quietly. The internet is very speedy.The neighborhood was quite quiet and I slept very well every day. My only suggestion is that the washer and dryer could maybe be cleaned regularly?The interior of them looked a little bad.But this opinion is also not so important relative to the overall level of this room and its price, you can totally find a laundry shop nearby.

Super well equipped apartment and perfectly located.

Maria Carolina's accommodation is very well located, with the beach a few meters away and unbeatable views. The house has all the amenities and you can see that it is well cared for. The only point would be that the community pool was not available due to construction and we were not notified. However, the experience, in general, was very positive. Recommended.

The loft was exactly what we needed for a few days in Alicante... great location to get around..close to the beach and the centre...there is a tram stop just 5minutes away if u wanted to travel around a bit which was Ideal for our trip. the place is lovely and clean... we had read previous reviews about it being quite bright in the morning so we packed sleep eye masks and that did the trick! the shower was lovely the drainage could be a little better but was not as bad as some of the reviews had stated. Fantastic kitchen to cook in and generally a huge space for 2 people! communication was great with the owners.. sent us information about the area and suggested somewhere to leave our luggage on the day we checked out as our flight was later that day...also we where able to check in earlier.. would highly recommend!

A very functional and comfortable ground floor apartment. Had everything we needed and the pool out back was very welcome in the heat.

Everything was perfect!! A 10-star apartment, with incredible views and lighting. Choosing this accommodation was a success. As for the host, he was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely come back!☺️

Very nice apartment, with all the comforts, spacious and on the ground floor, very accessible, quiet and great for cyclists like us.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this small comfortable studio, with a nice pool. Ideally located, close to a very beautiful and large beach and local shops. The tram also allowed us to easily reach Alicante and Benidorm. Our hosts, very discreet, were however always available, if we had any questions. I would recommend this rental.

Absolutely loved Javi’s apartment. It’s bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including a useful list of great recommendations in the area. There was enough storage, the space is well thought through. Javi was helpful and we would stay again.

We were a couple staying at Davide’s Airbnb in Valencia for 4 nights. Davide is an amazing, responsive host who answers all questions and always happy to help. The place was tidy, modern and exactly like the photos and description. Felt like home. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre Davide’s Airbnb is recommended to anyone wanting to travel to Valencia!

This has to be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in in Europe!!! The attention to detail at Fani’s stay was unbelievable. Everything is thought of from extra blankets to washing powder for the washing machine. The apartment itself is so asthetically pleasing but also very functional. Thank you so much for having us Fani. If we ever come back to Valencia we will definently stay here.
