Located on the most emblematic and commercial street of Cabanyal (Poblados Maritimos), just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the tram stop that connects to the city center and the airport. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.

The detached house is located in one of the prettiest pedestrian streets of Old Calpe. There is no traffic in this very atypical and friendly street near restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the beach on foot. The house is composed of 3 floors. Warm atmosphere, parquet, wood, cement tiles...etc ⚠️We thoroughly disinfect with bleach the whole house after each customer.⚠️ Internet by fiber. The room under the roof is equipped with air conditioning!

It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
