The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. El apartamento es realmente especial por su localización y porque el buen gusto está presente en todos los rincones. Como está en una calle peatonal es bastante tranquilo pese a estar en el centro. El gran espejo de la zona de estar proyecta la imagen de parte de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en su interior y aporta gran luminosidad. Es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Valencia sin renunciar a la tranquilidad El apartamento tiene ascensor, y un pequeño balconcito con una mesa y dos sillas. El huésped puede preguntarnos por cualquier servicio como niñera, limpieza, cocinero en casa...y le informaremos gustosamente sobre cualquier servicio disponible en la ciudad, incluyendo todo tipo de actividades deportivas (tenís, golf, surf...)
