Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad.
