In the apartman there are 2 bedroom (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) living room (with kautch on witch can sleep 2 person) , kitchen and bathroom . terrace is cca. 25 m2 big, modern interior. You can expect an very pleseant area for spending your vacation, the apartment is 50 m from restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket, 400 m from beach, 1000 m from center of the city, 300m from bus station. Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and the “Bi Village” camp, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days.

Our guests have a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. A large living room with air conditioning and TV. From the living room you come to the beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the days and evenings. The bathroom has a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, etc

This small and lovely studio apartment is equipped with double bed, kitchen, dining table, coffee table with two small sofas, TV, bathroom and a terrace. Behind the house there is a garden where you can relax or make a barbeque with friends or family. Be aware that when you are in the nature you can also be a meal for mosquitos. 😊 So make sure to use a repellent. Last but not least, free parking is in front of the house.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The beach is within minutes walking distance, as well as the shopping. The location of the apartment is a very good starting point for excursions, whether to Pula, Rovinj or the nearby Brijuni Islands National Park. Free parking is reserved for the apartment and is included in the price, as well as Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
