The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

This villa is located in the small village of Golubovo, not far from Bale and Barbari. The location is ideal for a real family vacation, and the beautiful nature and beaches are only a few kilometers away, and in about 20 minutes by car you can visit the larger cities: Rovinj and Pula. The villa can accommodate 9 people, on the ground floor of this warmly furnished villa there is a living room with kitchen and fireplace, as well as a bedroom and bathroom, while the other rooms and bathrooms are on the floor of the house.

This beautiful apartment in Štinjan is in the last house in the row so you have a wonderful view of the woods and birds chirping every morning. There are amazing historical fortresses to explore in the tracking trails through the woods next to the property and many hidden wild beaches to be found at the end of every track. Also, only 10min walking or 2min driving you will find more beautiful beaches with views of the National Park Brijuni. The city center of Pula is a 10min drive away.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
