Vacation rentals with beach access in Valbandon

Thank you all so much for making us feel at home. The apartment is more beautiful than in the pictures, the kitchen is new, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. You have everything you need here, the kitchen is super equipped. The courtyard is beautiful, peaceful. We spent 18 days here, and we didn't want anything. Dear Nadija, Thank you for letting us be your guests. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were very sad when we had to leave after a week. Maybe we'll see each other again in the near future. Best regards, Verena Very good location, ample space for 2 couples, modernly furnished, two great bedrooms with very good beds. Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

Great! Very good apartment, large enough for 3 people. You share the great pool with another apartment, which was mostly free with us (early in the season) so it was like a private pool! Dorijano and his wife Meri were very nice and greeted us kindly. Communication via AirBnb was very fast and communication on site in English was super easy. Thanks again for the relaxing vacation and of course for the cake that was a surprise at the pool;)

We stayed with Iva for 10 days… The place was clean and beautiful just as described and in the photos. It is close to the center, beach and groceries. The apartment is on a quiet street. We were warmly welcomed by Iva and her whole family is very kind… We will be happy to come back…

We had a nice stay , close to a beautiful pebble beach. Draco was particularly helpful. When we had problems with the car, he arranged a lot for us. Very helpful. Top host.

We felt at home. The accommodation is ideally suited for 4 people. There are 2 separate bedrooms. Everything needed was available when we arrived. Drinks and fruit were available. The kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave and all kinds of utensils... We have never had such equipment before. Sun loungers and a small garden right next to the apartment. The landlords live in the building next door and were always available. The car can be parked directly in front of the apartment. The beach is about a 10-minute walk. A very good restaurant is located directly across from the property.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

The apartment on the first floor was beautiful and very spacious – exactly as described. Particularly practical was the parking space right on the property, right outside the door, which made loading and unloading super convenient. The beach is within minutes walking distance, and the area is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so we could cook without any problems. Everything was clean and well maintained, we felt completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

The house is beautifully situated in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

Peaceful and quiet place, Franko and his family were very nice. Beautiful swimming nearby. We loved it here. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Ingrid and Daniele's little casa. Both always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. Also many possibilities for small hikes around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometers away. A great place for us to relax!

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. It made our stay relaxing and convenient. Doris is a great host and we received lots of valuable tips for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
