You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

The cottage has a newly built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can barbecue while sailboats pass by. The property can accommodate four people with one double bed (180 cm) and one sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? Welcome to "Roslagens famn" (Roslagen's embrace) as Evert Taube sings and a house near the sea with both sandy beach, cliff swimming and the smell of seaweed within a hundred meters. Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. A breakfast to go adds a little extra gold to the morning. Welcome!

Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Newly built attefallhus centrally located in Älmsta, with proximity to swimming and walking distance to grocery store. The house has two separate rooms with double bed 140 cm in the bedroom. Sofa bed, table, fridge, kettle, TV in the other. Balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be ordered from our restaurant. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included. Historical beach house

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
