Cozy cottage in the middle of nature and close to the sea. Unique access to a large communal pool. Here you will find a comfortable and spacious year-round cottage, located in the Stockholm/Norrtälje archipelago. Wood-fired sauna on the premises and during the summer access to the area's common pool that is within walking distance (approx. 6/25-8/15). The house is 72 m2 with large terrace and barbecue and beautiful forest views. Two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom. Fireplace. Detached guest house with one room about 20m2 with 140 cm bed (May-Sept).

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Small house near the sea - Vätö

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Welcome to our charming red cottage on Väddö Canal! Here you can enjoy the tranquility, nature and a magical view. The cottage has a newly built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can barbecue while sailboats pass by. The property can accommodate four people with one double bed (180 cm) and one sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? Welcome to "Roslagens famn" (Roslagen's embrace) as Evert Taube sings and a house near the sea with both sandy beach, cliff swimming and the smell of seaweed within a hundred meters. Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. A breakfast to go adds a little extra gold to the morning. Welcome!

Newly built attefallhus centrally located in Älmsta, with proximity to swimming and walking distance to grocery store. The house has two separate rooms with double bed 140 cm in the bedroom. Sofa bed, table, fridge, kettle, TV in the other. Balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be ordered from our restaurant. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charging station is available in the parking lot. Welcome to us!

Historical beach house

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Combined bedroom (2*80 beds) and living room upper level. About 180-200 cm ceiling height on the lower floor of the kitchen. 5 minutes walk to cozy beach bath in lake. Rural with horses in the knot. 300 m from the roslagsleden. 5 km swim in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.
