I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Vårt strandhus ger er möjlighet att bo och njuta i ett minst sagt unikt läge. Tomten och stranden har ni för er själva och är rena drömmen för sol, bad och grill. Botten är väldigt långgrund vilket passar både barn och hundar. Stranden är också uppskattad av kanotister vilka sedan har en kort paddling till Stendörrens naturreservat. Utsikten från såväl sovrum som vardagsrum gör denna plats förtrollande och våra gäster hänförda. Koppla av över en helg eller sätt guldkant på sommarsemestern.

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.

Bo bland åkrarna i den här ljusa lägenheten på lantlig gård. I en ombyggd ladugård ligger den här öppna lägenheten med stora fönster och utsikt över en hästhage. På entréplan finns pentry och badrum. Vi är en familj med två barn som bor på gården. Vi har en hund och en katt (de går fritt på tomten ). Vi har inga andra djur men intill vår tomt ligger en hästgård.

Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf das Meer einfach traumhaft schön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage und von hier aus haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir hier verbracht durften.

Sommarstugan är mycket fin, lugn och omgiven av natur – en plats som ger en känsla av avkoppling från första stund. Stugan är ren, välordnad och utrustad med allt man behöver för en bekväm vistelse. Värdinnan är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig, och tvekar inte att svara på frågor eller hjälpa till vid behov, vilket gjorde upplevelsen ännu trevligare. Som värdinnan själv nämner finns det en tupp i närheten som galer tidigt på morgonen. Om du är känslig för ljud tidigt på morgonen kanske det inte är rätt plats för dig. Läs gärna informationen om boendet noggrant, särskilt gällande toaletten, då den kanske inte passar allas preferenser när det gäller komfort och standard.

This was definitely one of the greatest Airbnbs I’ve ever visited (and Ive been to quite a few places around the world). Joe is one of a kind host, we felt at home directly. He answers quickly, gives you privacy, all the information you need to have a nice stay and explore the area around. He is very thoughtful about his guests experience and generous with what is included in the price. One can tell that the details are thought through! Also, the nature around is amazing, there is so much you can explore. At the same time, you don’t have to do so much to enjoy the beautiful place. We are grateful for this experience 🙏
