Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the option of 2 king single beds in our upstairs loft or a Super King sized bed options. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Our home is a 5 minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Kelli was a great host and the accommodation was as described. We were hoping for snow and lucked it with the weather, opening the blinds to snow was pure magic for us and our kids. The house and inclusions (bath bombs, clothes washing powder, games and toys and some champers for mum and dad) made it a great family friendly base and enjoyable stay. The drive up to Selwyn area was easy and there was plenty of snow around on the way for a play, without needing to purchase lift tickets (perfect for littlies wanting to have a play but aren't up to a full day). The drive into yarangobilly with the snow was also a beautiful sight. A great location to explore both places! Highly recommend ❄️

Luxurious tiny home in a peaceful setting. This is an ideal Airbnb if you want to unwind and relax from the hustle and bustle of city life. The Airbnb is located on a farm in which you’ll see cows regularly and other wildlife such as kangaroos with a picturesque country backdrop. You’ll feel like you never want to leave. There are also great wineries nearby in Murrumbateman. Robyn is a great host who is responsive and extremely friendly! Definitely will return!

Our cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean, and had great views of the river. We really enjoyed the getaway because of being surrounded by nature and access to the river in front of our cottage. It was a really great spot to swim and take our fur baby there to play and swim, she loved it too. Big thanks to the hosts, we hope to come back and will definitely recommend this place to others who are headed this way.

Excellent experience and very peaceful. Lisa went above and beyond over my expectations. Left homemade baked treats for me on the kitchen table. offered to change linens after having to extend my stay. Kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Approved my request to extend my stay promptly. If you spend a lot of time in cities I encourage you to step outside at night and take in the incredible view of the stars and sky. PS be very careful driving towards Tumbarumba especially after dark the animals are out and everywhere however it is a nice little drive when you hit the canyon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott's tranquil and cosy property. It was very cosy and comfortable and close to the areas of the snowy mountains we wanted to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely revisit.
