The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to night. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 100,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Kragerø city centre, cabin with a lovely sea view

Downtown cozy little house, renovated in 2018. Walking distance to the ferry harbour where you can easily island jump in Kragerø's beautiful archipelago. The house is located on a small(70m) charming hill(therefore not suitable for people with difficulty walking) as it is often in Kragerø with narrow roads and crooked paths. Plenty of free parking down the road. The house is very unoccupied despite its downtown location. The road up and the gate is shared with another house(assembled). Private entrance and outdoor space.

Panoramic views, amazing terrace, in the middle of town!

The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located right above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. There are 150 sqm terraces, roof terrace and jacuzzi . The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 o'clock in the evening. It is only 1 minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent a boat space two minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

Vi leier ut vårt nyoppussede sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

Welcome to summer in Grimstad! 20 minutes drive to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. Pets welcome House is close to sea and has nice outside view down on Morvigsanden camping. Charging for electric car is included and Type 2 charging station is available. If I am home I will offer to take out for an afternoon cruise on sailboat without extra charge.
