The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

The cabin is great for both families and couples of friends. The cabin has its own 4 seater golf cart that is included in the rent. For weekly rent, the prices will be reduced as agreed.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. Stylish funkish cottage in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the forest, with good sun conditions. The cabin has a balcony and a large roof terrace. Within walking distance there are good swimming facilities in both the sea and in fresh water. Nearby there is also a hotel with cafe/restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, etc. The shortest way to Risør is during the summer months a cozy person ferry that goes close by. It is also possible to rent a boat or book a boat taxi.

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.
