(See below for info in English) Designated villa on the island of Storholmen in the Stockholm archipelago, 25 min trip by SL boat from Ropsten or 5 min from Mor Annas Brygga, Lidingö. Three houses are included, of which one large (60 sqm bottom area, three floors) with kitchen and crockery for 12 persons. Living room with fireplace and "cinema" (projector and speakers) Four bedrooms with seven standard beds (2+2+1+1+1). However, the house has a total of 11 beds of which two pull-out sofas. Four toilets, three showers, washing machine and dishwasher, WiFi.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely altar and outdoor shower. In the cabin of 15 sqm there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen where you can get via ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Everything there is to enjoy on the island is 5-10 minutes away, including a bech n the South side, a restaurant on the East side and a place to play Bocci on the top of the Island. If you feel the need to escape, there is a ferry that will take you to the nerest subwaystation in 30 minutes and then a train will have you in the center within 5 minutes.

Great accommodation! Sara was very kind and helped us find the place easily. The small island is picturesque and very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay!

Charming cottage with seaview

We had the best time at Annika's beautiful cabin! Nestled on the islet of Storholmen it's the perfect place for a tranquil break. The ferry from Ropsten takes about half an hour on the way out to Storholmen sidra. The cabin is idyllic and had absolutely everything we needed. It's well laid out, warm and comfortable and Annika had clearly thought of everything you might possibly need for your stay. The upstairs mezzanine is where the beds are which were really comfortable and cosy and we slept really well. The steps may be a little challenging though for those with limited mobility but were no bother for us. We fell in love with the cabin and the island and enjoyed watching the bats in the evening and looking out over the tranquil waters at night. We went for a morning dip in the sea every day and were so sad to leave it all behind to resume our normal lives. Thank you Annika for providing us with such a beautiful space and wonderful holiday Tilly & Nicky

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Nina and Bjorn’s place . Very comfortable and as advertised. About 30 -40 minutes to the centre of Stockholm . Regular local bus and good connections to the Metro . Lovely local beach to walk around . So many things to see in Stockholm and the archipelago. Nina and Bjorn were excellent hosts . We hope to return. Lidingo a nice island.

Lotta’s place is without a doubt the nicest accommodation I’ve had on Storholmen so far. The cabin is small and very cozy, and you can feel the warmth and care in every detail. Communication was just right, and I was given my space – my privacy was respected. This allowed me to truly relax and unwind. The convenient connection to the ferry and to the city is a big advantage, making it easy to find a good balance between activity and peaceful quietness.

Cozy Island House with Sea View

As a family of four, we had a wonderful time in Madeleine's beautiful cottage! Her husband Michael picked us up by boat and then went shopping for groceries with us, including specialty recommendations; we couldn't have had a better start to the Christmas holidays. The house is exactly as described, as are the amenities. If we had any questions, we could always contact Michael or Madeleine. The view of the water is fantastic and the ferry ride to Stockholm is a highlight for the whole family. In short, we will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place! Cozy apt 20 min from Sthlm city

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay. We spent five nights here with Harri and Grete, who were very hospitable and kind. They helped us out by picking us up at the train station after our car broke down and invited us up for breakfast. The space is beautiful and tasteful, thoughtfully designed and furnished with nice linens and handmade ceramics. There was a nature reserve nearby that was great to walk our dog in, and public transportation (ferry and train) very close by as well. Thank you Frej, Harri and Grete!
