Our quaint urban farmhouse was built in 1890 and is a tri-plex. Your home will be all yours and includes a 3/4 bath, bedroom, kitchen and living room with laptop friendly workspace. Outside, it offers a covered front porch (with porch swing) and terrace with grill in the back. There are incredible views of Fisher's Peak and Trinidad both inside and out. Walk to restaurants, concerts, baseball games, trails and much more! Also features a new gel mattress and My Pillow pillows.

Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. This apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Extra guest= extra charge. Quiet time 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Private parking in a designated space.

Beautifully remodeled and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garden/basement apartment with private entrance in the desirable west side of town. Modern kitchen with brand new appliances, utensils, cookware, and spices needed to prepare meals at home. Coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and sugar provided. Walking distance to Simpson’s Rest hiking trails and the new Wormhole Mountain Bike Trail system. Also has access to washer and dryer. No smoking of any kind is allowed.

Beautiful one bedroom loft apartment located half a block to the Purgatory river walk, farmers market, Cimino park and all the main street shops and restaurants. Couch is not a hideaway bed. There is a steep set of stairs to climb, to get to your loft. All guest and pets must be on reservations. NO CATS!! All Dogs must be approved. Puppies must be kept in a crate.
