Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was cosy, tidy and filled with natural light. The beds were super comfortable and the stylish furniture and decor made it feel like a home away from home. We especially loved the comfy couch, soft lamp lighting and dimmable lights throughout. The TV was excellent - perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location was great and the view was lovely with lots of greenery. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Thanks so much for having us!

Our stay was perfect! It was in a great location and the place was beautiful! We had a small issue with the fire alarm but Morgan resolved it within the hour and was super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Melbourne.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this house. Craig and Julia are excellent hosts, accommodating our early arrival and late departure. great house for 2 adults and 2 children or 2x2 adults if in couple don't mind twin beds. beds were comfortable. the house is spacious and has a lovely outdoor area and was really clean. kitchen is well stocked if you want to self cater (we didn't but easily could have) although not in the midst of restaurants and pubs, it is very close: walkable for most, but an easy tram ride if not.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne. Chev’s house was perfect for my week’s stay. Beautifully presented, pristine throughout with very high quality appointments; spacious while compact. It definitely fulfilled all the promises of the Airbnb description. I appreciated the easy communication with and quick response by Chev before checking in. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Very close to trams and only a short enjoyable walk to main shopping and dining streets. The house was quiet and, most importantly, felt safe and secure. Ideal for relaxing when not out and about - a lovely, comfortable haven from the heat and busyness of Melbourne city. Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

The place was in a great location and amazing views from the balcony! Some fab local restaurants and coffee places. Everything was smooth with check in and out. A few issues with items in the apartment but have given feedback to the owners and sure they will sort out.
