Sarah’s place was perfect for our stay. My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing time staying here, and will definitely be booking again if traveling in this area again. Very peaceful, private, and beautiful area to explore. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Sarah’s place has everything you need to unplug from life. Location is in a great area with so many fun things to do! We enjoyed our 15 min drive to Gorges State Park to hike and see Rainbow Falls (a definite must do!). There’s also plenty of very nice restaurants near by in the cities surrounding. We also enjoyed the amenities, and everything in the resort is in walking distance. The lake is just a minute up the road if you’re interested in visiting that. Highly recommend giving Sarah’s place a try, we had a blast! Thank you Sarah for the opportunity!

Stayed during the Great Solar Eclipse of 2017 (which, sadly, clouds in the area turned it into the Great Dud of 2017). However, our stay at this great property made it all worthwhile. The unit has an excellent location with fantastic views and clean comfortable accommodations with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Communications before, during, and after our stay were excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better host. If in the area again, I will certainly be staying here again!

My wife and I spent 16 days at The Mulberry House during the Christmas and New Year's weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Sharon was a great host, and although she was not present on the property, we were in constant text-message contact whenever there was a question about anything. The unit was decorated nicely, there are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a big screen TV., & large sofa & chair in the living room. Sharon provides plenty of towels, washcloths & many toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc). The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, & utensils, for 8 people. There's a variety of spices, and complementary coffee & tea provided along with kitchen gadgets. The unit is a little tricky to find, and is about 15 minutes from Brevard where there's restaurants and an Ingles Market. Also phone and TV service run off the internet which can be a little tricky at times. Good instructions and maps/guides of the area are provided

We loved this unit! It was very spacious and well-outfitted! Close to the amenities of Chinquapin: hiking, frisbee golf, fitness, pickle ball, etc. Beautiful autumn colors to view out the windows. Good response when we had a view questions. Would definitely come back!

Great place! Very private you have a direct view of the falls. Very nice stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and very well furnished! We will definitely go back!

Host was very friendly and communicative. Gave great recommendations for local hiking and food.

We really enjoyed the apartment for a weekend stay with our 1 year old. Great location to easily access Brevard and Pisgah. Camden was super responsive and had we needed anything, I’m sure she would have been right on it. Just in case anyone else is thinking about bringing their baby here- the closet is huge (there isn’t a door between it and bedroom) and easily held pack and play with Slumberpod over it but you could also put that set up within the bedroom itself if needed. We had no issue not having a full kitchen, the bathroom sink is large enough to wash small things if needed. This is a cute and unique way to experience brevard and would definitely recommend it!

A very cute and cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Brevard. Monica, the host, was proactively communicative about arrival details and logistics. She was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions or requests. The apartment was very clean, and even though pets are welcome there was no sign from sight or smell that this apartment is pet friendly!

Julies place is awesome. Her dad Jim greeted us with such warmth when we arrived. Has a beautiful kitchen area with everything you need for breakfast with a sitting area downstairs. The unit is so beautiful, show is fantastic with great water pressure and Hot hot water which we love. The beds were super cozy. They made a bad trip into a great overnight stay. Definitely felt like home away from home. Thanks Julie and Jim.

Monika’s place was great for our most recent trip to Brevard to visit family. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and very convenient to the bike trail. The beds were awesome! We appreciated her willingness to accommodate an adjustment to our travel dates and loved that our pup was able to join us.

Mike was a terrific host. He answered every question I had, gave great recommendations, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend to my friends back home. 5 stars!

So incredibly serene. I felt at peace being surrounded by nature’s splendor. There is something very unique about the energy of their property. Very healing just being there. Will definitely visit again. 🙏

We had an excellent last minute stay. Apartment was clean and Arayna even set up the air mattress for us before our arrival. We visited some of the restaurant recommendations and found a new favorite spot. The hot tub was clean and we had a nice view of the fireflies in the field from the hot tub. We could not get the outdoor fire ring to work, but could have been user error, either way we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here!! It was beautiful! Our favorite things were the waterfall, the big deck and the yard!

Denise's place is very nice. It's located in a peaceful, wooded setting that is 4 minutes from downtown Black Mountain. The bed is comfortable and everything in the space is in great shape. The hot tub is very nice and has a view of the back yard and an adjacent wooded area. Denise and Jimmy are helpful and quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to rent again in the future.

Felt right at home and safe. The bed was comfy and we both slept well. No noise at all. Very quiet surroundings. While private and quiet, it was still somehow right around the corner from so many nice places to shop, eat, and get outdoors. Lovely hosts who were appreciative of the respectful way we treated their home.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Every little detail had been thoughtfully prepared to make us feel right at home—from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen and peaceful surroundings. Susan was a fantastic host: responsive, kind, and respectful of our privacy. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. We enjoyed our stay in the comfy Carriage House Terrace! The terrace itself is as big as the apartment, so the outdoor space is something to take advantage of when the weather is nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and reading in the shade in one of the many choices of chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel tucked away from it all. The bed is a comfy memory foam. The shower was actually tall enough for my 6'+ husband, and the TV was a bit limited with the Firestick but we brought an antenna and were able to pick up several local channels as well. The furniture is comfortable and in good shape, and there are plenty of mirrors and hooks everywhere so everyone has somewhere to put their things and you can get ready even if someone else is in the bathroom. I also appreciated the curtains and window film for privacy, and the little roof over the door for any rain. The driveway is steep but the entrance is flat and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
