Our beautiful country house is quiet and secluded 10 km south of Aarhus C and is surrounded by fields and forests. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a cozy freely located house and there is its own parking space by the house Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning is not included and the apartment is expected to be returned in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased by appointment for DKK 300, - Possibility to charge an electric car with 11 kW or car charger.

This large villa is 198 sqm, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Outside there is a lovely garden with large and private terrace facing southwest. The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent out the house to families. Thank you 🙏

A 3 bedroom apartment of 80 sqm with beautiful views and outdoor terrace on the ground floor . It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

Maja has a great home that we could use for a week! In a quiet neighborhood that is very child friendly with lots of playgardens (our 6 year old daughter loved it!) close to the city of Århus. The house has lots of Danish Design elements but is very practical as well (dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer) and has lot's of toys for the children to play with. And it's a brand new house so everything is in perfect condition! Århus itself is a beautiful city that is reinventing itself and has both a historic city center and modern architecture (Dokk1, Århus Ø). And within the area you have nice beaches (Moesgaard, Marselisborg) and it's only a 1 hour drive to the real LEGO Land (must see: LEGO House!!).

We had a wonderful time in Martin's house in Aarhus! The house is very cozy and offers everything you need as a family. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fantastically beautiful garden – lovingly overgrown, with a trampoline and a great terrace. Perfect for the kids to let off steam and the parents to relax. The location is pleasantly quiet, a bit outside the center, but super connected – ideal for exploring Aarhus with the family. Our children had a lot of fun with the many play opportunities in and around the house, and we also felt completely comfortable. Communication with Martin was excellent – always friendly, helpful and super fast in responding. We can highly recommend the house!

Great, quiet private garden in green area. Compact space that is very thoughtful and practical. The only thing is that a relaxed sofa (but a crate, no couch) is missing. Nice experience to take care of the tomato plants and eat the tomatoes. Katharinaa is a caring hostess. Good base to visit Aarhus and to enjoy the nature at the same time.
