Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The Giraffe house, in the middle of everywhere, nestled in the valley surrounded by hills and sky. Clean, spacious and purpose-built that can accommodate two adults. We are also dog friendly (for one dog ) with a secure garden and parking. With its high ceiling, friends, exclaimed the room was tall enough to house giraffes and the nickname has stuck since!
