The cottages are built in the early 1900s without machines and there are typical Swedish summer cottages.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Bedroom in suterrid floor a staircase downstairs with shower and Sauna and with exit to large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport links. Gävle city centre is located at 40 min walking distance through nice park area along the river.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
