Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Bright, peaceful, modern and stylish little apartment in the district of Leenala. The apartment has a 140 cm wide double bed and an 80 cm wide daybed, which can be converted into 1-2 extra beds. In the summer heat, you can cool the apartment with its own cooler. Indoor swimming pool, ice rink, hybrid arena, event park almost next door (0.6 km). Meripuisto, Santahaa outdoor exercise areas, central hospital, theater, Snellman music center, train station about 15 min walk (1.2-1.5km).

Peaceful studio in the center

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Market, cafes, restaurants and shops within a 200-meter radius. 500 meters to the railway station and 800 meters to the bus station. However, a very quiet apartment with a park view. The apartment has been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality. We live and work in the city center, so help is close by if needed. Free parking is nearby.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's.
