Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

There is a log burner in the living room (logs provided) and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Easily accessible, under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway.
