The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. In front of the house there is a terrace of about 75 m2 where part is a cozy patio under the roof. Washing machine and TV are available from May 2024. Uppsala 30 min and Heby in 15 min by car.

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.
