Monthly Rentals in Timberlane

Bonnie was great. We actually met up with her and her family. Great evening with them. The apartment is great on the interior. It’s a shared apartment building and the stair way is pretty run down which makes the apartment very unassuming. The interior was great for what we needed for our couple nights in town. The surrounding area can seem a bit run down or low income. But the apartment itself was great. And Bonnie is an excellent host. Very sweet and nice family as well if you get the chance to meet them. Thanks a bunch. We would stay here again and don’t judge the book by its cover;)

The place is great. Host is very accommodating and is easy to work with. Location is very nice and close to everything you need. I highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

I'm originally from Rockford and visit at least once per year. I am rarely inspired to leave reviews. Karolina's place was EXACTLY as pictured and described. This is a nice sized 2 br, 1 ba apartment in a 4-plex. You park directly in front of the unit, making it easy to bring in your suitcases. Karolina provides clear instructions on how to access the unit, which is bright, sunny, cheerful and SPOTLESS. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you could need (except food, lol), all of higher quality. The bed linens, and the manner in which the beds were made, were impressive. Definitely giving 5-star hotel vibes. Overall, of all the AirBnbs I've stayed in, this was the most comfortable. By that, I don't mean the beds, etc. I mean emotionally & psychologically comfortable, which is probably more important than anything else. Karolina clearly understands the meaning of hospitality. It is evident a lot of thought and planning went into her Modern Haven.

The place was clean and nice. Our group enjoyed the place and thought it was even nicer than the pictures. Reyna was a responsive host and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I’d stay here again if my buddies and I decide to do another golf overnight in the Rockford area.
