There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

The house is within cycling distance to the city's best bakery and the butter bog with a beach and Denmark's most beautiful mini golf course.

Billing house in small Lejbølle town with the sweetest neighbors. New appliances; The fridge, dishwasher and stove are SMEG and the washer and dryer is MIELE. 3 wood-burning stoves for the coziness there are no heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Horse beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the nicest.

We had a lovely time at Morten's house and felt comfortable right away. Check-in was easy and Morten is a very friendly and reliable host. The garden is wonderful and it is great to relax. The kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is located in a quiet area and you can walk to the sea and the great beach in 5 minutes. All in all recommended!!!

Great place- totally private and the house is super well furnished and cozy. Your own (rocky) beach and beautiful countryside. (The ladder-stairs to the 2 second- floor bedrooms is steep so seniors should take that into account.) Altogether a great find for time away with friends and family.

We stayed at the property with our family for a week. The house and garden are really great. There were so many play options for our child. The hosts were always very helpful and super nice. The amenities in the whole house were great. The furnishings are tasteful and modern. We lacked nothing. The shopping facilities are easily accessible by car, it is nice and quiet and very close to nature. The beach was great and also good to visit on foot. We were there with two dogs and there was also equipment for the two, which really pleased us. We highly recommend Vanessa's place! Thank you for the great vacation

The house can be highly recommended for a quiet holiday with friends or family. Super quiet location in a vacation home area. Well-kept garden. The house matches the description and everything is clean and as shown in the pictures. Jesper is a great host who is friendly and responds directly to messages and questions. To the beach on foot 15-20 min. Max. 10 min drive to the nearest supermarket.

We had a very nice stay, the accommodation is very close to the water, the sauna and the pool are very nice. Everything was clean and there was nothing missing. Only in the bathroom it gets wet by the shower, maybe you can find a better solution there. We would keep coming back.

I was staying for a week. The House was very cozy. I felt at home. The house had modern features like Sonos speaker, an vacuum robot and an nice TV. The beds were really good. The only thing that would make the house even better would be an shower cabin instead of an curtain. Other than that i really enjoyed my stay an in am planning to return.

We were very excited about this place. Nicely renovated old stable with everything you need for a stay. And then it is wonderfully located in the middle of the Funen nature with lovely peace and quiet. Lone, our hostess was top notch. We arrived one late night, and then homemade cake was ready for us. There was also coffee and tea and in the fridge was beer, water, homemade jams, freshly laid eggs and roll sausage. There were bowls in the freezer. SO lovely. She was very hospitable and offered to use her sun loungers, etc. if we wanted to. In addition, she was nice to tell us about the area and recommend different places we should see. We spent our vacation with a large group at Steffen's place. For the 12 of us the apartment was perfect. There are six lovingly individually decorated rooms that can be used flexibly for couples or two to three individuals. With the three fully equipped bathrooms and extra sinks in individual rooms, there are also no snakes. The kitchens are super equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. Towels, soap, sheets and additional blankets were also sufficient. For us, the two sofa corners and the very long dining table were also very convenient. A special highlight is the terrace with a view of the Belt and the Storebaeltsbron. From there you can also watch deer in the morning or relax in a small covered sitting area. Steffen was also an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful and very tastefully decorated accommodation with full access to the garden with herb and berry bed and of course garden furniture to relax. We particularly appreciated the good location and the proximity to the pedestrian zone, the weekly market and the harbor. The Fürsorgemuseum is opposite and very worth seeing. Thank you dear Majbrit. Linda's house is really lovely, minimalist, and beautifully decorated, but with everything you need. We came as a family with children and it was a big plus that there were toys, trampoline and swings. The area is really quiet and idyllic. And very close to the water. We very much hope to come back another time!

Magical place! Right on the beach! Total hyge. Just you, your family and sea breeze, trampoline and Vernon (owner s cat) kids immediatelly created a bond with the cat. Everything was perfect to us.
