Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Three Rivers

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

This is at least the 4th time we have stayed at Butler Corner and that is for good reason--actually many reasons, including: the home is immaculate, spacious, well laid out, well stocked with everything one would need, and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, to boot. Moreover, one could not ask for better hosts--John and Shannon are super responsive and respectful..

This house was great and fit our needs perfectly. We loved hopping on the bikes and exploring Sun River. Bryan & Kristen were easy to communicate with and we had a great overall experience.

Fantastic house with a great set up for a big group or large family. The kids loved the bunk room and with 3 of the bedrooms having full baths attached, it made things extremely comfortable. Love the location and bike trails that are right across the street. Host was very responsive and very easy to work with. 10/10!

Great place! Perfect for my fishing trip. Cozy comfortable beds, lovely and warmly lit kitchen and a massive pristine garage for anyone traveling with a large vehicle or a boat in tow. I already rebooked!

Location and property accurately described. Looks like the pictures. Plenty of parking space available. Only stayed for a night so I can’t speak for what’s around, but the location looks beautiful. Clear communication and instructions and the house has everything you could need including bug spray and mosquito repellant candles. Due to the location the mosquitos are vicious but Jan provides the bug spray and candles to assist. Fully stocked shower and laundry is available too. Would recommend!

Everything was great except for the queen and king beds- we found them to be extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again, especially if there were upgraded mattresses. Had everything we needed and the location was amazing!

This is our favorite place to stay in Sunriver! For a family of 5 it’s plenty large while still having a cozy feel. We love the wood burning fireplace and take full advantage of the hot tub on cold nights. The house has everything you need plus some. The home is nicely decorated while still having an updated feel. Our kids love to fish so we especially love how close it’s located to the river. Also, if we ever have questions to host is quick to reply and is always super helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay! The location was very peaceful and the sunset was spectacular. We’ve stayed at a lot of air bnb’s over the years, and this one stands out. It was more spacious than the pictures suggest. The bathroom is huge! The bedding was so soft and comfortable. When we arrived, it was a warm day and we really appreciated that the a/c was already on. All of the little extras (feminine products, extra toothbrush, etc) were very thoughtful. The hosts were helpful and responsive. We’d definitely stay again! 10/10.

Alice's guest nest is so quiet, clean, organized and peaceful. The mattress is very comfortable, and everything is labeled clearly with brief instructions. I slept so well both nights, and the washing machine washed my clothes so well! Her listing is one of the best places I have stayed in. I hope to book another reservation for the guest nest.

The location is top notch especially if you are going to a show at the amphitheater. We enjoyed walking through the park and the one-bedroom is a perfect size for two people. I appreciated that the mattress was comfortable and not too hard. The apartment was very clean and AJ was responsive and nice. A couple things to note for your stay: It can be noisy due to the parking lot below and the location. The layout of the bathroom is awkward and there is no lighted mirror or full-length mirror so not ideal if you have a special event.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was very accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Would definitely want to book it again for our next stay in Bend.

Great place for the price. Cute and stylish place but nothing too fancy on unnecessary which was appreciated for the small space. Super close to breweries & places for groceries which was great. Would totally stay here again!

Great little Bend spot for a few days. Near to town, near to the bike path / dog walk. Lots to do nearby. Great bathroom. We watched a lot of westerns on the big screen tv at night! Kitchen is a little tired, but has the essentials olive oil, salt and pepper. I brought my espresso machine from home. Our major gripe was nowhere to hang anything no hangers nada. We definitely appreciated having the AC when needed. Parking is great. I want to build a carport just like that now! Perfect size for in front of our garage where it’s too sunny these days.

Ali has a gem in this listing. Great location, quiet space inside and out, but walking distance to all the shops in Sister's. The apartment is bigger then it looks in the pictures and is well furnished. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautifully furnished apartment close to downtown with thoughtful detail throughout. Jennie and Steve were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the snacks which was a lovely welcoming touch upon arrival after a long drive. Highly recommend!

We booked this for a place to stay while we finished a job in Sunriver. It was a great central location that was close to everything. We would stay again!

Conveniently located, well laid out, and everything you need. I appreciated that the living space separated the two bedrooms. We used this house as homebase while we checked out the Crater Lake, the Cascade Lakes Byway, and the High Desert Museum. The condo faces a nice wooded are so it is quite peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at Quelah 69. Wonderful location within Sunriver! The pool was lovely, and the grounds were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The beds and couch were comfortable. 2 spacious rooms, and very quiet! Thanks Candace and Gary for sharing your Quelah condo.

Great base for a ski/board trip to Mt Bachelor. Check in was easy through reception. Condo is simple well organized and comfy. Large comfy king bed in bedroom and a murphy bed in living room. Nice fireplace, no regular range but the microwave is convection combo and there is an air fryer so cooking was straightforward. Nice deck with view out to trees and lawn.

Large space, very well situated and generally really relaxed vibe. The garage was a great addition too for any gear you choose to bring.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bend, and the condo was perfect for our needs...unit was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to have everything that you would need for an extended stay. Thanks, Bob...Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved staying here at Anne's place! It was roomy for just the two of us, but could have easily fit another couple and maybe a couple of kids. We loved being able to use the two bikes provided and access to the pool and hot tub. It was nice that it wasn't in the main Sunriver area so it wasn't as busy or crowded, but it was still close to food trucks, a market and a few stores. The condo does get a little warm, but the fans really helped. We would love to stay here again.

Great location. The Airbnb was very clean and had an earthy vibe. We loved all of the windows. Very peaceful. Enjoyed having a few bikes though they need some TLC and they could use a few more larger bikes instead of three tiny bikes.
