Amenities include 3 comfortable queen beds, 1 queen futon, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, 42 inch SMART LED TV/ Blu-ray, master bedroom TV/Blu-ray, 5 seat breakfast counter, 6 seat dining table, dishwasher, premium washer and dryer, 2 car automatic garage, RV parking and septic, circular drive, private boat dock (seasonal), community boat launch nearby, two cruiser 7 speed bicycles, one Gary Fischer mt. style bike, two Necky Kayaks (recommended for experienced kayak users), two fishing kayaks, one 2-person self-bailing kayak, one 2-person inflatable, two 1-person inflatables, seasonal fire pit (check with local fire restrictions), Weber barbecue, and comfortable robes for your hot tub enjoyment. Come and enjoy! Two-night minimum; $135 fee Guests have access to four kayaks, two 7 speed cruiser bicycles, one Gary Fischer mountain bicycle, Netflix, Smart TV options, Caldera Salina hot tub, and premium laundry facilities. Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the neighborhood boat launch on Snow Goose Place. From the home's driveway, turn right and continue to the stop sign at Snow Goose Rd. Turn left on Snow Goose Rd and continue to the second left at Snow Goose Place. The boat launch/park area is on your right. This area provides a take out from the Big Deschutes River for short floats from the house. Personal flotation tubes (not provided) are easiest to carry for 10 minute walk back to the house. This community dock and park area also provides a good take out for WINTER floats from the South Century Drive bridge parking area on right (opposite the campground). This launch site is three miles from the house (1 mi. to S Century Dr, turn right for 2 mi to the bridge over the Big Deschutes river). Winter floats must be made with a bit of caution! During winter season the managed flow out of Wickiup Reservoir is significantly reduced, lowering water level. October through April, our very short canal access to the river in view is frozen or dry. In May our water access returns to enjoy for the warm season. The shorter fishing kayak is very stable, light, and easy to transport. The longer Necky kayaks are efficient and fun on the water but feel less stable for first time adventurers. They are light an can be transported on racks when tied securely. Crestview Cable has upgraded TV service and requires a separate remote to select channels. The televisions should remain set to channel 3 to access the cable networks. The living room Vizio remote should only be used to access Smart TV features! The Vizio remote is not for channel selection except to ensure the TV remains on channel 3.

Come enjoy our house in the woods. Minutes to the river, hiking & biking right out the front door. Great home close to all Sunriver & Bend has to offer. Mt Bachelor resort is 18 minutes away! Avoid the downtown Bend traffic & enjoy more time on the hill - ski, snowboard, or hit the bike trails. Plenty of bikes in the garage for people of all ages to enjoy the endless nearby trails & a few sleds! Fully fenced backyard for your dogs! No cats, please This Airbnb is not in Sunriver proper.

Heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, badminton, volleyball bicycles, and lots of water toys…paddle boards, pedal boat, kayaks, and pontoon boats.
