We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and impeccably clean house in Tempe. The living space and bedrooms were inviting and comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing in the outdoor areas in the backyard, which were perfect for quiet mornings enjoying the beautiful weather. Kristin was incredibly friendly and very responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

This place worked well for my visit to the area - perfect for a couple to solo traveler. It was nice to have the kitchen access (stove, microwave, fridge, etc) when you want to make something yourself, but it’s also quite close or short drives to a lot of different restaurants when you want to go that route. Even though it’s a smaller studio, it has a huge closest so your bags are out of the way and it feels bigger than it really is. Check in was easy, the unit is private and the area was very quiet other than the planes flying overhead or AC running. Easy check in & instructions, and host was friendly.

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

We really liked our stay. That is why I gave Tiko and his team a 5 stars. However, one important thing if they can take care off it would be really great. Blackout for the bedroom. If you are not planning to wake up early (5:30 am) and the natural light would wake you up, this place is not for you at all. We really had a very difficult time to sleep past 6 am. Blackouts are really needed
