This house was exactly what i expected! From day one the concierge was extremely helpful and responsive, up to setting up all our rides and hooking us up with reservations and all our ride needs! The house was clean and exactly as pictured! Pool gets cleaned everyday! 10/10 I will be back!

Rebecca was amazing - my favorite host! The house was everything we could have asked for and more! It was truly stunning, perfectly clean, and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. They gave us incredible local recommendations, helped arrange last-minute transportation, and even allowed us an early check-in meeting us at the house personally and giving a full walk-through of how everything worked. That personal touch made all the difference! The daily maid and pool service kept everything spotless, and the house itself? Even more beautiful in person the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Every corner felt luxurious, comfortable, and private. I came with a group of 6 and we were blown away by the space, the service, and the vibes. This Airbnb is a true paradise! The pool is spacious and beautiful, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The space is clean and well-decorated, making you feel right at home. My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a washer, as it would be super useful for laundry during the stay. However, overall, I'm very satisfied with this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful retreat.

Our stay at Villa Lola was absolutely incredible— better than we could have imagined, even beyond the photos. The villa itself is a true architectural standout, blending immaculate design with a soothing, nature-filled atmosphere. The inner courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery, created a serene and calming vibe, while the rooftop, patio, and pool added to the overall beauty and relaxation of the space. For us, traveling with a kid, the security of the villa was a huge plus. We felt completely at ease letting them explore, and having two fantastic playgrounds just down the street was an unexpected bonus. Beyond the stunning design and thoughtful details that Pablo has poured into this space, what truly set our experience apart was the hospitality. Pablo and Ivan were among the most gracious and attentive hosts we've ever encountered on Airbnb. They were proactive in offering recommendations and suggestions. Their warmth and kindness made us feel truly welcome.

The house was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect temperature and great for cooling off and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The location couldn’t have been better — right across from a fantastic beach club that made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. We also loved how centrally located the home was for visiting other beaches, local attractions, and even exploring the nearby pyramids. It truly felt like the best of all worlds. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the host, Sacha. From the moment we booked, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. What a truly incredible place to stay! Honestly, we couldn't quite believe it was real until we got there. Everything was pristine and well designed, the area was incredibly peaceful, the monkeys were a delight, and the gorgeous dogs, Max and Grace, were a very welcome presence. We have never stayed anywhere before with such amazing swimming pools, which were always clean as was everything else. Megan and Mike were both really nice and friendly, and were very helpful with any questions we had. It was a struggle to leave to go to the airport.. we'd have happily just lived there! Thank you

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well-designed, and exactly as described in the listing. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and style, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and the little extras like filtered water and local recommendations. It felt like a true home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Tulum.

About the host: If I could give 10 stars to Alex, I would. He was so extremely helpful and patient with us. He had provided very detailed instructions, patiently answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. Quick to respond & provide any help. About the villa: the property is awesome & great for a large group. It looks just like the photos. 4 bedrooms on the second floor of the main villa, and 2 more on the bottom floor with a separate entrance. Everything was clean, the a/c worked very well and provided refuge from the heat and humidity of Tulum. The bathooms however didn’t have a/c or exhaust fans, but that didn’t bother us much. The open-air showers felt fantastic. The pool area & patio are awesome and we had a lot of fun there. The location was really good if you rent a car. It wasn’t very walkable, but it was safe and quiet. Very centrally located with main attractions close by. We loved it and highly recommend staying here! We would definitely come back :)

Fantastic place for a big group. Clean, comfortable beds, secure, and equally distant from all attractions (center, public beaches, and hotel zone). Oxxo below the building is very convenient. Host was great, very responsive. Would stay again.

I can’t say this enough but absolutely loved our time in Tulum. Ulf was not only very responsive but very very helpful in helping me plan my itinerary for my bachelorette. He was very patient and was so quick to provide amazing suggestions. Would definitely look to staying here again on my next visit to Tulum. Ulf thank you for all the hospitality and being an amazing host.

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

This house was absolutely massive, stunning, and even better than we expected. The architecture was gorgeous, the layout was super spacious, and the views were breathtaking. We loved all the different areas to hang out, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and having fun. While we didn’t speak directly with Emmanuel, the listed host, Nayi and Uli were beyond amazing. They truly went above and beyond—stocking the house with groceries before we arrived, arranging transportation and a private chef, and responding to every single question, no matter the time of day or night. Their kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth, easy, and so enjoyable for everyone in our group. They made us feel completely taken care of the entire trip, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. This was hands-down the best bachelor/bachelorette trip ever, and we’re so grateful for everything. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and it was perfect! The villa was spotless, safe, and beautifully maintained. The team went above and beyond—from arranging airport pickups and a yacht day to providing a private chef with amazing meals and champagne on arrival. The private pool was a hit, and the location was ideal—just 20 minutes to Tulum’s nightlife. A few things to note: the villa is a bit hidden (some had trouble finding it), and there was a minor yoga booking mix-up, but the hosts made up for it with complimentary tequila. Also if you plan to use the coffee machine yourself be sure to bring compatible pods! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this villa and stay again!

5 stars ⭐️ all around. I don’t have words to describe how amazing this weekend was. I came here for my bachelorette weekend and I had a group of 13 girls and we felt SO safe the entire time. Our experience was magic! The air bnb was pristine clean, has all the amenities you need and the host is SO helpful. The recommendations we were given exceeded our expectations. If you are staying here, we highly recommend “Tasty Nomads” for the chef 👩‍🍳 cooked dinner. We used this company for dinner/welcome drinks as well as brunch (SO yummy/ great service). Thank you so much to the host for truly going above and beyond! If and when I come back to Tulum, I’ll be staying here again!

This property was absolutely stunning. The ambiance was incredible. The host Jhon is amazing and extremely kind. I would stay here over and over again.

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice place. It was more than I expected. The pictures don’t do it any justice. When I walk in, I was in awe. It was one of my most favorite things about the vacation. The unit at all the amenities that you can think of. The only thing that it was missing was a dryer for your clothes. There was a washing machine with no dryer. But I still give it five stars Because everything else was so nice. It was so spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone

Me and 6 other girls stayed here for my bachelorette trip and It was absolutely stunning - worth every penny. The place was so beautiful and spacious, and beautifully decorated/designed. The minimalistic style gave it very much Kim K vibes. Also, the pool was absolutely beautiful with its black and white checkered design. Anytime we needed anything, the host was quick and great with her response. In regards to transportation, the hosts puts you into contact with Sama Transportation Company and they were amazing. If you get the driver Charly…he’s amazing and deserves 10 stars (such a great guy). Transportation is pricey. Something to keep in mind when booking this home, we encountered more than usual scorpions and other insects (inside the home). The owner did mention that insect spray was under the sink (and it was), however some of the girls were terrified of scorpions so just keep that in mind when booking a place in Tulum as it is in the jungle. 10/10 would recommend !!!!

Casa Wabi was a very pleasant refuge that fully met my expectations. It's located about halfway between town and the beach which makes morning and evening pursuits (swimming, shopping, dining) easy; a couple of fine restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful (all the photos are truthful), very well designed and comfortable inside, sparingly furnished, there is a large swimming pool, the caretakers provide excellent garden and pool service and household upkeep. Rapha especially went out of her way to help us with a couple of issues we had with our car rental. You need a car, preferably an SUV, because many streets/roads in the Tulum area are in bad shape (there is major construction work around Tulum and the area will soon look like Cancun).

We had a great stay! The host was super accommodating letting us check in early and check out late with no extra fees. We felt very safe the entire time. The chef was amazing one of the highlights of our trip! The massage therapists were also incredible and made the experience even more relaxing. On the first night, we locked ourselves out and the host helped us immediately with no issues. The WiFi wasn’t working at first, but the host quickly addressed it. It worked off and on some nights were fine, others not so much. The fridge wasn’t getting cold on day one, but the host had it fixed quickly. The A/C in the bedrooms worked great, but the common areas got very hot since there’s no air there. There was a mildew smell under the kitchen sink that needs attention. We ended up finding our own driver, as the one referred by the host was too pricey. Overall, a really good experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Maria’s place was just as described! It was clean and looked just like the photos. We had a great stay. It was nice to come back to the air conditioned home after a hot day out in Tulum. We did not have any trouble with power outages at all as some comments mentioned. It is a construction zone and the roads are dirt, but there are many Airbnbs in the area. I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. We were able to walk into the town from the Airbnb but it was about a 20 minute walk on the muddy roads. Maria was extremely responsive and sent us many recommendations, as well as helped set up private transportation from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at Maria’s place!

Everything's excellent, great place

Our beautiful villa was just as pictured & described. Mariana & her associates were very communicative & checked in on us periodically. We were able to get taxis easily with the help of the concierge & in walking distance to Aroma Cafe, Bardo Hotel & Una Vida which was nice. We felt very welcomed by everyone in Tulum.
