The Flat is very cozy, a quiet location, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will return more often!!!!

I went with my family and we loved it. The Flat, the Location to walk to various places. I just don't recommend it for couples with pets. Because the condominium does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, in order not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns for the pool and other areas. But if you go in a group like me, you can take turns and everyone can enjoy it. We took advantage of it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case, that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

The place is amazing! Very modern apartment, full kitchen and perfect location. Hosts are always helpful and proactive. I recommend and I will certainly come back other times.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with my family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of pictures there and they were beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

We had an amazing family week at this bungalow! The space is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with impeccable gardening. The cleanliness was excellent and the bungalow is super well equipped: various appliances, quality bed and bath linens, as well as games for all ages. The decor and utensils are very tasteful. The location within the condominium is great, in a quiet area and easy access to the pool and beach. The condominium is also very well maintained, with a large and clean swimming pool, waterfall, slide and giant bucket. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The only negative point was the constant presence of cats on the balcony, who turned the garbage over at night. Besides that, everything was perfect! I recommend it enthusiastically and hope to return soon!
