The apartment is very nice, as described in the photos! The suite has many closets, which makes it much easier. The apartment itself is very well optimized and decorated. The penthouse with the pool is also very nice. The location is very good, close to the beach, the João Pessoa sign, restaurants and markets, Ricardo is super helpful and attentive, always answering questions and giving directions to places. It is well worth it. No doubt, when I return to João Pessoa I will look for the apartment again!!

The stay at the Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as shown in the listing photos, which is a very good start. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. One of the best places we've ever hosted. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos. Spacious rooms with air-conditioning, comfortable beds, furniture and utensils of excellent quality. Very quiet and safe place. And the best part of the house, Jouse, who in addition to organizing and leaving everything clean every day, even prepared a much better breakfast for us than the hotel. We also made a fantastic fish stew. Jouse helped make our experience and stay one of the best we've ever had.

Bárbara was a very considerate host, always available and concerned with making sure my stay was quiet. I recommend it for those seeking a refuge in the midst of nature.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which helped us a lot due to flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
