Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. God willing, we'll stay again more often.

The house is spectacular, super well maintained and pleasant. We were 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 rooms are enough with comfort. Great room integrated with kitchen, living room and pool outside. Taninha and Ana are awesome. The long weekend was very nice and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Location as advertised. A car is required to get from João Pessoa to the airb. I will definitely recommend it!

We very much like Vanessa's accommodation. Excellent location in the Caribessa neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. Comfortable with a wonderful sofa bed for two people, since we were a family of four. Beautiful rooftop with a pool and a nice place to spend time. We missed some useful items for our stay and the host was very proactive in solving it. We would definitely go back to the Flat. We recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a season in João Pessoa!

We spent excellent days in the apartment. The penthouse is very cozy, has easy access to the beach, is next to great receptives, has a fantastic view of the sea, not to mention that the pool is great. The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decor, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed having air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
