It was easy to move around the area to the local beaches. restaurants and markets and the apartment had everything we needed to cook and spend a comfortable weekend. We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

The stay at the Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as shown in the listing photos, which is a very good start. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

We had an excellent experience at Luis' Airbnb! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed. About the host, he was super polite, gave all the necessary information, without stalling. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. Ailton was super kind and helpful, both before and during the stay. Apartment just like in the photos, well-equipped and clean. Well ventilated, we don't even have to use air conditioning. Very good common area of the building, with a clean swimming pool, fitness center, game room. Excellent location, we did everything on foot or by Uber. Very close to Tambaú beach (one block away), bars, restaurants, fairs and craft shops, pharmacies and the Bomfim bakery (great option for breakfast). When I return, I will stay with Ailton again. I highly recommend it!

The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decor, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed having air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

Great, I just missed a floor cloth, towels and a squeegee but a great stay, I highly recommend it
