Peaceful and idyllic countryside. The end of the outbuilding was remodeled into a very functional apartment. It was easy to find, the hosts were friendly and comfortable, and the apartment was clean. No complaints, and I can recommend this place to everyone who enjoys the peace of the countryside. The good outdoor terrain of the Päijänne National Park is also nearby. We had a lovely time at Carolina’s place, perfect escape to privacy and quietness.

We had a lovely 3 day stay here and just didn’t want to leave,it was so calm and peaceful, gave us time to relax and recharge and enjoy each others company after a busy few days around Helsinki. The days just flew by with kayaking, rowing, sauna, dips in the lake and BBQ’s etc, we loved the rustic charm of the cabin and facilities and never got board of the amazing Lakeland view.

We spent a couple of nights on a mini-vacation. Beautiful apartment, very peaceful and beautiful natural environment. We had a great time.
