Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

The property looked like it was featured online. The host paid a lot of attention to decorating detail to make the place homey, comfortable, well-stocked with amenities and relaxing. It was spacious. The host gave us excellent suggestions for fine dining and responded promptly to inquiries. We would stay here again and/or refer to friends.

Carol was so helpful and kind during our stay! I booked to be close to church for the day of our wedding so that the bridal party can get ready. Carol had snacks, face masks, and head wraps for us, it’s the little details that made her such a wonderful host! The place was beautiful and really felt I was at home, enough space to get ready! 10/10

This little old but completely updated cottage sits amongst old towering oak trees, and is set back along rock Creek. It is an absolute hidden gem. It is very new to the Airbnb scene, so there are a few minor kinks and details to be taken care of, but it was the obvious the owners were in the process of doing so. Anthony was a gracious host and we cannot wait to come back!
