Monthly Rentals in Svinca

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had the best time at Katarina’s place. It was our first visit to Croatia and after a long drive from Zagreb airport we were hungry, tired and thirsty on arrival. Katarina’s welcome food and drink was so well received! The house is beautiful, the pool area and dining areas outside were perfect. The place is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and there is so much space. Grapes, olives and figs are available from the garden. Ollie the cat is a great companion too. Nearby Rogoznica is a lovely town, with places to eat and drink and watch the sunset. It also has supermarkets, as does nearby Marina. We hired a boat from Pika in Vinišće which was fantastic. And the food at Dalmata afterwards was enjoyed too! We visited Trogir for a day and it’s a gorgeous town with windy streets like Venice, a market and lots of yachts to watch. We could have stayed for weeks and explored so much more. Highly recommend Katarina’s place. Oh and the sunsets…

Our stay at Ana's was very good, we had a great time, the apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The village is very small and everything is close by. It's easy to walk to the beach, to the restaurants and there are two supermarkets nearby

Mixed impressions; Nice place with sea access but unfortunately they built a concrete building in front that obstructs the otherwise great sea view. Also pictures has been altered with a clone stamp tool to make it disappear… the roads to get there are really quite on the edge to offroad use and the parking spot is tight and nothing for drivers with a fear of steep roads.

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best host we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many nice seating options. Billy gladly accompanied us to the village and was absolutely not intrusive towards our old dog and in general. You just have to love it. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.
