Modern apartment with balcony 15 minutes drive from central Stockholm. Located in quiet and newly built Ursvik, close to nature reserves and public transportation. Paid parking on the street, grill, Wi-Fi and all expected amenities. It is actually four rooms but it is rented out as a 2 room apartment. The children's bedrooms are locked and not accessible for guest. We decided to rent out this nice apartment as we spend most of the summer in our summer house in the countryside.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

We were very happy with our short stay at Adna’s. There were bakeries, coffee and grocery nearby, as well as being located very close to a subway stop. It was a convenient place to stay and the apartment blocks were peaceful and quiet.

Tomas was helpful and accommodating. I had the advantage of being familiar with Stockholm so I didn't need much guidance, he would have provided any that I needed though. The apartment's location is very close to Duvbo station on the blue metro line so you can be to the center in around 20min. Plenty of grocery stores, retail and great restaurants within a 15min radius of the apt. It's a very quiet neighborhood and building. The room was very big as expected w everything you need and the apartment was mostly clean and comfortable - although the bathroom is very small it is typical of these buildings and serves it's purpose. Kitchen has everything you need. Tomas is a great host.

We stayed for a really short time at Issa and Felicia’s appartement, but I can only thank them for welcoming us even despite our very late arrival. They were very responsive, welcoming and caring !

Suzane’s home was absolutely beautiful. I especially loved the interior decorations, they gave the place a really cozy and welcoming vibe. Her cat Sasha completely stole my heart, he was so friendly and soft, I couldn’t stop petting him! The view from the balcony was incredible, perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast. The whole place was calm and spotless, which made the stay even more relaxing. Suzane herself is warm and kind, she really knows how to make her guests feel at home. My only regret is not being able to stay longer

Herr Wissam var ett toppen värde. Välkommelsen var så varmt, rummet var så bekvämt och allt var så rent och fint. Jag här inte saknat någonting. Herr Wissam ställde upp för det minsta sak, utan att glömma att nämna att det är en fantastiskt person, respektfullt och så trevligt. Jag rekommenderar varmt det boendet och utan tveksam.
