Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sun City

The Airbnb was super easy to find. Convenient location, lots of places nearby to get food or go shopping. The drive from the airport was maybe 30 minutes give or take. The Airbnb was also beautiful, loved the modern touches and the private patio. While staying there it was really quiet and peaceful so I would definitely recommend staying here. If given the chance I would absolutely rent this place out again!

Loved the stay here. It was clean, peaceful, and quiet. The home was nice and modern. Close to a lot of good eats and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

It was great. I wish they gym was finished but everything else was amazing. It was very clean and big and easy walk to Peoria sports complex. The checking was very accomodating and everything was given to me in advance or my questions were answered abruptly. I would definitely recommend his place especially for spring or fall baseball because it is only 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium.

James has a beautiful and private home in Phoenix and I am SO jealous! I especially loved the historic touches throughout the home and the lovely garden with water features that truly made it even more relaxing. Parking is very private and you can see your car from the bedroom window. The space was clean and tidy, there was even some cold filtered water and ice for guests! Plenty of towels and tp in the bathroom. The a/c was super cold and perfect after a hot day in Phoenix. I will 100% be returning to stay at James’ place the next time I am in town! Alex was a wonderful host. He pointed out the exact parking garage to go the, where to collect the key fobs, which gates to use, the exact spot to use. His response times were quick and he was able to answer every question I had. I was attending Phoenix Fan Fusion with my wife so we were only about a 15 minute walk from the convention center. Weekend nights were loud with the bars and whatnot below the complex but that was completely out of Alex’s control, which was explained to me before hand. The room was just how it was in the photos, perfectly clean and provided everything we needed. The faucet handle on the shower was a bit wonky but we managed to figure it out pretty quickly. I would recommend staying in this Airbnb to any friends or family that would be needing to stay in the Phoenix metro area that were in need of place to stay. Thank you very much for hosting myself and my wife.

Accommodations were very comfortable, peaceful and quiet; quaint courtyard area. Location met the needs for my visit. Safe and easy walking distance to shopping/ restaurants. Would definitely consider future stays. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Jamie’s place was a wonderful place for myself and my family to stay! Very close to tons of stores in Surprise which was very convenient. We would absolutely stay again when we visit family in AZ!

Our hostess is AMAZING! She was very responsive within 3 minutes. Her home was spot on cleanliness! Her friendliness is so welcoming that she felt like family. The rooms were more then expected. More then enough amenities, well stocked. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean and very quiet. Neighbors were also friendly. Home was close to everything we needed. It was all above my expectations. I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

We were in AZ for only a few days for a baseball tournament and felt like we were right at home. The house was clean, neat but welcoming and warm at the same time. We will definitely be back!

Plenty of room, a very nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. good location in western Phoenix area. Really clean! We were able to use the garage, very nice to be able to use when in Phoenix. Great host!

On June 12, I and my wife rented this beautiful three bedroom home on the Airbnb site. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and the informative host of the host Amanda. Upon arrival to the home, we found the check in to be very simple. The home was described just as it wasn’t the pictures very clean. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi and sauna as well. We had a absolute complete good time and definitely look forward to using this home again on our next getaway also arrowhead mall and many other restaurants and malls are all within 5 to 10 minute drive

Had a fantastic stay. Home was in great location and was quiet. Nicely furnished and plenty of space.

We were pleased with the location! It was perfect for us. It was cozy and quaint! It’s an older home, but again cozy. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower had good water pressure! The view outback to the golfcourse was very nice. Overall,I’d give this place a 4-5 out of 5!!

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

This was place was amazing! It's in a great neighborhood, perfect location, perfect little place for 2 people.... it was VERY comfortable! We are pretty particular about our Airbnbs and I would say this is one of the best that we've stayed at. Immaculately cleaned!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.
