We had such a great time here! We brought our kiddos and celebrated Father’s Day weekend at Kyle’s place. The pool was perfect and so fun, we loved the volleyball net. There were plenty of yard games and we love the paddle boat on the lake. The house was super clean and decorated so cute! The place had everything we needed and we couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were to have booked it over a hotel. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, but the backyard IS the best! The kids went from the pool to one of the hang out areas and back to the pool.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home and yard were very well put together. We loved the pool table and games. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely book again, if we come back to Phoenix!

Where to start! Amazing location! Within 15 mins of everything you could ask for. Shopping (malls and outlets), activities, and abundant restaurants. The house was exactly as listed and even had abundant supplies unlike other properties I have stayed at. Multiple dishwasher and laundry pods, ENTIRE ROLL OF TRASH BAGS, lots of towels/linens, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this property. Enough space for an entire family and supplies and activities to keep everyone happy!

The stay was great! We did have someone access the yard early morning. We were told about it prior in a message and kept our dog inside. They were very communicative and kind.

It was so beautiful and relaxing. It had everything we could want.

Our hostess is AMAZING! She was very responsive within 3 minutes. Her home was spot on cleanliness! Her friendliness is so welcoming that she felt like family. The rooms were more then expected. More then enough amenities, well stocked. Neighborhood felt very safe, very clean and very quiet. Neighbors were also friendly. Home was close to everything we needed. Aurelio and Rosy’s place is a must! So clean, layout of the house was great! The backyard pool was clean and a perfect spot for my family to beat the summer heat! Everything was easy to find, so much space! We will definitely return again!

Seaside sanctuary is a beautiful home that is family oriented and has a beautiful backyard. The house is organized, clean and spacious. Our family cant wait to come back!

Loved this home! Maureen has the home beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you might possibly need! The space was very comfortable and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The pool is fantastic and all the outdoor seating areas were lovely. We enjoyed the margarita machine - a special treat!

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

We so enjoyed our stay at this super clean and spacious home. It had every amenity to make the stay inviting and comfortable plus many personable touches. The outdoor area was amazing! Instructions on how to operate everything were provided and clear. I would not hesitate to book again! It felt like a resort but in the privacy of having your own space. Beautiful!

Great yard! Super private and quiet. We had our pups, the property is about .25 acres, grass to play fetch. Pool was lovely and gated off. Nice BBQ setup to enjoy. The house was clean and has plenty of space for a family or medium group. P83, shopping and restaurants just up the road. We would definitely stay again.

My sons and I stayed at Stefanie's home while my husband was in the hospital. We felt very safe, comfortable and supported by the host. I will definitely stay at any of the homes listed by Stefanie.

Edith’s place was perfect for our weeklong stay visiting family in Arizona. Everything was exactly as described with little extra touches like remote control lights and fans. The decor is modern and clean, everything was cohesive and neat. The beds were super soft and the kitchen had an amazing array of spices which I appreciated as much cooked every day and the spice rack made life easier and less expensive. The stocked shelves made it really feel like home away from home. I would totally recommend this home and stay again if in town. The large smart TVs in each room made for another great amenity we enjoyed. Ms. Edith was very thoughtful about putting this home together and you can feel it. Great stay, thank you. Your home has become a part of our beautiful memories.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful. The pool and backyard were great. We had everything we needed. Having garage parking was a plus!

The inside of the Airbnb is beautifully decorated. The bed looked and felt like it was from a very nice hotel. The apartment was very clean. The host was super friendly and responded quickly.

We rented Brett’s house while we closed on our own house in Sun City. It was in the neighborhood we needed, with a bonus golf course view. The space is comfortable and the kitchen is easy to cook in, which was important given how long we stayed. He was very responsive with a repair issue and handled it quickly. We would highly recommend this house for your stay in Sun City.

Neveen was a great host. And the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
