Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Sullivan County

We saw cardinals, robins, blue jays, starlings, finches, wrens, brown thrushes, and a group of baby squirrels in the back yard. The kitchen was just right. The house itself was so cool! The towels were big and fluffy and smelled wonderful. The washer and dryer worked great and were a huge help. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were in Bristol for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. We were later getting to the track and the house was so close to the speedway that we could hear the top fuel runs- which was great. Our dog is large and has lots of energy, but the yard is so big it tired even him out. The coolest thing of all was Stephen's music room! He had instruments, artwork from his best friend ( who we met, who was awesome) games, books, dog toys, kid toys, we LOVED that room! Stephen, you are a wonderful host with a wonderful house. I hope you let us come back and rent it again soon.

Sundown Farms is an absolute gem. I arrived at Tri-Counties Airport, and the directions Maggie gave were spot on. Once I arrived, I was in awe of the area's beauty; the views are stunning. Self check-in was easy. I was greeted at the farm by Lucy and Fred, the donkeys, which made my day. Once inside, the house had everything one needs for a fantastic stay, and it was very clean. Mia, the neighbor's dog, came for a visit every day; she is so friendly and sweet. The owners of the cows came by and invited us to feed them the apple biscuits they had brought. Maggie was quick to respond, and as someone who has stayed at many Airbnbs, she was an amazing host, five-star all the way. We stayed in the area for my godson's wedding, which was minutes away. It made it very convenient and a perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the quietness between all the activities of the wedding weekend.

The house was great; there is a small grass hill to walk up and about five stairs to enter the back door, which my 77 year old MIL was able to handle. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were a variety of toiletries provided. Ikey was also very kind and allowed us to stay late after checkout because we were dealing with a flat tire. In all, it was a higher quality stay than I’ve had before in the Tri Cities.

We were not able to get a room at the nearby Marriott resort and conference center but as it turns out, that was a lucky break because we got to stay close by at this place. Perfect for two of us, plenty of room and amenities and much more economical option than the conference center.

The house was lovely and comfortable. It was much larger than we expected. We loved the backyard and patio. Great place for a morning coffee! We hope to stay here again when visiting family in Kingsport

Our family had a very nice overnight stay! After some booking issues on my end, Melissa was very patient and generous. It was so nice to stay in a house after staying in motel rooms. The children really enjoyed the extra space and it was so nice to be able to have our own kitchen space! My husband and I both agreed that we slept better in that bed than any of the other 3 places we were at on our vacation! Definitely recommend!

Adorable house with greenery all around. We went to get some mountain air and energy, so this spot was perfect, a 15 min walk from the gorgeous Steele Creek park with miles of jogging and hiking trails around a pretty lake. Everything was perfect inside, nicely decorated and equipped. Perfect for our 2 dogs, with a big fenced backyard and even equipped with doggie bowls, poop bags, and leash! Anthony was a very responsive host with a very polished experience.

Just back from our granddaughter’s graduation from ETSU and all we have to say is - Just a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing space for the family to get together and enjoy each other. The amenities were spot on. Fully furnished kitchen made our in home dining experience a breeze. The whole decor was just amazing! We loved the comfortable feel throughout the home. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. All of the bedrooms had amazing comfortable bedding. The private outdoor setting with wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and a beautiful view made for a relaxing evening of great fellowship. Overall everything with this home was over the top and we loved our experience. Our only regret was that we only got to spend three days here. Next time we are booking a week and truly enjoying all it has to offer.

This by far was the best, best Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. More like your own private tiny resort / hotel. It has it all, no need to leave at all. Jennifer and her husband were incredibly hospitable. The whole ambiance to the entire suite just makes the place so solid! Jacuzzi.. Firepit… Amazing Kitchen..Full Gym…It’s just a phenomenal place and highly recommended for a surprise couples getaway. Appreciate you Jennifer. Love Edie & Gavin

The SOHO Bungalow was perfect!! So nice and clean! Much nicer than a hotel. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were in town for the NHRA races and we will be coming back-we hope to be able to stay here every time!!

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. I loved the fire pit area outside. It was the perfect place to read a book and listen to the birds.

We loved the place, and Gregg was great. It is very convenient to everything, and the house has been redone beautifully. The cute backyard was great for our dog. We would definitely stay again.

There are not enough words to describe this place, so relaxing and peaceful. Between the mountains in the background to the river down below, this place offers such a unique experience. No need to set an alarm, the sounds of nature will wake you up! My kids equally enjoyed this place. Betty is such an amazing host, don't pass on the chance to stay here!

Sarah’s instructions in communication was very clear. They Airbnb was cute and just what we needed for a week to spend time nearfamily!

The home is in a nice area, easy check-in, very peaceful, close to downtown Kingsport. Everything was great, very clean. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this home to anyone visiting Kingsport.

We had a nice stay. The host had coffee pods, waters in the frig and nice things available to make an easy place to land for the night.
