House vacation rentals in Sullivan County

This by far was the best, best Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. More like your own private tiny resort / hotel. It has it all, no need to leave at all. Jennifer and her husband were incredibly hospitable. The whole ambiance to the entire suite just makes the place so solid! Jacuzzi.. Firepit… Amazing Kitchen..Full Gym…It’s just a phenomenal place and highly recommended for a surprise couples getaway. Appreciate you Jennifer. Love Edie & Gavin

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

The SOHO Bungalow was perfect!! So nice and clean! Much nicer than a hotel. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were in town for the NHRA races and we will be coming back-we hope to be able to stay here every time!!

This home was an amazing stay. The entire home was immaculate clean. The pictures presented as if they were taken the day of our arrival and do not do justice. Beautifully furnished and decorated.. The home had every amenity we could have wanted and then some. Very spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere . Just a short walk for a beautiful view of South Holston lake and the mountains. Short drive out to the historic town of Abingdon hosting the Martha Washington Inn, Barter theater and fine eatery's. Just a few more minutes and you can be in Bristol, Va. home of the Hard Rock Casino and more great places to eat. Heather was the perfect host. Friendly communication, short response time and precise and clear instructions. I will definitely stay in this home again and will recommend it to all my traveling friends. Wish I could have stayed a little longer!

This was a great place to stay. Near the track at Bristol, and a beautiful house to stay at. I highly recommend.

This home met all our expectations. It was the perfect place for our family to relax between weekend wedding events. The home is large with a lot of space to spread out. The yard and pool area are so beautifully maintained. Would book this space again.

This place was amazing, me and my family stayed for 2 days, great amenities, very clean and comfy, 10/10 on a rating, will definately be back for some more Bristol races and this will be my choice of stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Randy's beautiful home. It was peaceful and private and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and afternoons with a book on the front porch watching the groundhog, deer, and pollinators. The house was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. This was definitely the cleanest Airbnb that we have ever stayed in and I am very particular. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for us. The bed was comfy as well! We hope to stay there again next year.

The blue door team and Miranda were wonderful hosts. We love how responsive they were and giving recommendations for places and the donuts and snacks were very much appreciated.I enjoyed that the place was in walking distance to state street and the home is decorated beautifully . The couch is super comfy. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. If I had to pick one thing to say was a negative was that the thermostat went from 70 to 76 at night but that very well could been user error . I would for sure stay here again and loved the space . Sarah’s place was conveniently located to the places we were visiting. The house was “cute and cozy” and very clean. Even though the street traffic is pretty busy, it was still nice to be able to sit on the front porch each evening.

My family really enjoyed our long weekend stay here in Kingsport! Max was a great host, and the house was very clean, nicely decorated, and our family and dog felt right at home! Convenient to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Would stay again!

Tara's home was absolutely more than we could have hoped for. We were in town for the NASCAR races at the Bristol Motor Speedway and needed a place large enough for 5 of us within close distance to the track. Tara's place had plenty of space for us all and was a very short drive from the track. Her home was stocked as if she was our family welcoming us in for a long weekend. We had everything we needed and more! The home was very nice, spacious and perfect for our group who was looking to stay in a home so that we could enjoy time together in the mornings and evenings that you don't get when staying at a hotel/motel. The bedrooms were good sized, linens and towels were fresh and clean, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were also good sized with plenty of towels available and the half bath on the main level was very convenient. We loved being able to bring in food and enjoy it at the table, make our coffee and tea each morning and really enjoyed relaxing on the back deck! Recommend!

Gary is a great host and the Little Green Cottage met our needs and expectations. The location is close to many of the area sites. We visited Bristol Caverns, the Holston Dam and weir dam, State Street for shopping and dining, and Bristol Motor Speedway’s spring NASCAR race. The kitchen was well stocked and Gary provided coffee pods and snacks, a very nice touch. We loved the rustic but homey feel to the cottage and took advantage of the backyard fire pit. On the one rainy night, we enjoyed a dvd movie. The beds were comfortable and the two full baths were great for our family.
